We are lucky to have these facilities and make them available to the community. We work very hard to serve our community and promote a positive business environment. Renting our facilities is a vital part of our operating budget that allows us to provide local entertainment, events, and business support. With that, we strive to be an active part of the community and its economic growth! Community Building
5,000 square feet, seats up to 300 guests. Large open hall w/stage.
Murfin Building
2,500 square feet. Two large overhead doors. Separated rooms. Large bathrooms w/showers.
Prior Night Key Pickup- (If Available)
You may pick up the key the night before your event to decorate / plan or rehearse your event. Due to the usage of utilities there will be a $100.00 charge for this option.
2 Building Package
Community and Murfin Building Package will be rated as a discount package of $500.00 (Member’s Price) – YOU MUST BE A MEMBER TO RECEIVE THIS DISCOUNT PACKAGE!!!!
Additional Details
All Rentals include the use of the existing tables and chairs that are owned and stored by the chamber of commerce. Fees will not be removed or waived if you choose not to use them. The rental fee DOES NOT include the setup and takedown of these chairs and tables. There is a purchase option for these services. If you do not take down your event chairs and tables, the deposit will be forfeited and non-refunded. All rentals/events will have a ” Walk Through ” inspection done with the purchaser prior to the event and immediately following the event the next day (if they so choose to be present).
